The Columbus Area Chapter of Blacks in Government celebrated 44 Years of Advocacy, Impact, and Empowerment this past April. CACBIG remains dedicated to service within our community and commitment to excellence in public service. From empowering future leaders to championing equity and accountability, CACBIG continues to make a difference at the local, regional, and national levels.
As the Chapter President, I am proud to lead an organization with such a powerful legacy of uplifting our community, empowering federal, state, and local government employees, and driving meaningful change. I’m blessed to serve alongside a dedicated Executive Board and be supported by our wise and inspiring OGs who continue to uplift, guide, and push us forward.
Here’s to 44 years of progress, and to continuing the work that matters most.
Yours in service,
Shatonna Missick
