FUTURE LEADERS IN AMERICAN GOVERNMENT (FLAG)
FLAG stands for Future Leaders in American Government. It is a youth program initiated throughout Blacks in Government (BIG) to provide guidance and mentorship to junior high, high school, and college students throughout the nation.
CACBIG members will serve as mentors to youth participating in the FLAG program. The program is composed of five tiers: Mentorship; Training Academy; Career Training and Education; Pre-Professional Career Opportunities (Internships); and College Scholarships.
